Subscription usage safeguards apply per business each calendar month: 200 AI analyses and 3,000 uploaded photos. Unlimited seats does not mean unlimited processing or storage. No automatic overage charges. Email and optional SMS become available after delivery setup is completed.

After signup, confirm your business city and state, default labor and paint rates, and applicable taxes. You can edit these later in Business setup.

$29 USD one-time payment per case. No subscription. No renewal.

One vehicle and one incident, with up to 30 photos.
Up to 30 distinct photo contents across the lifetime of a case. Uploading identical content again does not use another photo slot. Removing attachments does not reset this allowance.
Retained originals are limited to those 30 distinct photos. Storage is not unlimited. This release does not automatically purge retained originals.
Initial analysis plus 2 successful reanalyses. Failed technical analyses do not count against your allowance.
Failed technical analysis attempts are not charged.
Manual edits and PDF export at no extra charge.
